Here at Sally-Anne Lyons® I want you to be thrilled with your purchase. But if something isn’t right, or you are not entirely satisfied, let me know. Please make sure you have met the ‘Returns and Refunds’ terms set out below, before returning any product or applying for a refund.
Return & Refund Criteria
1. The item/s along with the original receipt, are to be returned within 14 calendar days* from date of purchase. Refunds or exchanges are NOT possible beyond this date.
* International customers 30 calendar days
2. The item/s must be in the same original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached. Garments must NOT have been worn, used or altered in any way.
3. The Customer is held responsible for paying shipping/postage costs for returning item/s. Shipping/postage costs are non-refundable.
4. Special Offers or Sale Items are final sales and are not elegible for return, refund or exchange.
5. The Customer shall void any exchange, refund or return if care/washing instructions that were attached to item/s at time of purchase have not been adhered to.
6. Slight colour and pattern variations are a part of any garments unique individual beauty, these variations are not considered faults. Fabric colour may also appear slightly varied depending on your computer/Ipad/Iphone/Tablet devices screen - this is not the responsibility of Sally-Anne Lyons®
When returning an item/s for exchange or refund you are agreeing that you acknowledge and agree to the above conditions.
How to return an item/s
Simply print out the Returns Card (HERE) for the item/s, including the original receipt that you received with your parcel, and indicate the reason for the return. Making sure your correct contact details/email address are included. Please make sure you include a postage paid/stamped self-addressed satchel. We recommend you send your return via a trackable method of postage. Sally-Anne Lyons™ will NOT be held responsible for lost or missing parcels, and all goods are your responsibility until they reach the address below.

Once we receive your item/s we will inspect them and notify you that we have received your return. We will notify you immediately on the status of your return after inspecting the item/s.
Refunds
While we reserve the right to not accept a return, and while our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience is a positive one.
